Online Estimate or Personal Market Analysis?
An automated estimate is a starting point. It may not reflect your home's current condition, recent renovations, unusual layout, or property-specific features. An estimate is not a guaranteed sale price.
For a comparative market analysis (CMA), I review relevant recent sales, competing listings, and the details of your property. We can discuss how those comparisons support a listing strategy. A CMA is different from a formal appraisal.
What Affects Your Home's Value?
